Yes automation provides Kistler Programmable Pipe cutting machines manufactured in Germany are available for rent. Pipe profiling machines are used for pipe cutting and profiling in the workshops as well as on site.

These pipe profiling machines are equipped with two PLC-controlled axes which enable the machine to cut pipes in conjunction with a plasma or oxy-fuel torch. All programming is menu-driven therefore, it is easy to operate.

Working;

The workpiece is clamped by a driven chuck (axis1), then the torch is moved over the pipe (axis2). Optionally, a third controlled axis can be added to enable the machine to bevel end cuts (straight, miter and branches).
